Seascape Blue Coaching Workshop on the beach with Claudine

"My focus is on body image, and all my clients find that feeling more positively about their body has a ripple effect on their self esteem, confidence and gives them the strength to achieve life's goals. "

Have you ever sat there looking at the sparkling sea and wishing you could get in?  Wondering how the cool water would feel on your skin?  Admiring the swimmers as they get in so seemingly effortlessly?
What stops you?  Is it the cold?  Is it getting changed on the beach?  Is it the water itself?  Is it the idea of showing yourself in a swimsuit?  Is it wondering what lies beneath?

Come along to this free one hour workshop where we will look at the barriers that are stopping you from enjoying the benefits of the water.  We will do some work on our mindset and learn to overcome the trepidations, using some mindfulness, neuroscience and coaching techniques, in a gentle, supportive small group.

The workshop is facilitated by a blue health coach, mindset coach and body image coach, specialising in helping you to unlock your potential by changing your mind, not your body.

There are 3 sessions available and numbers are limited due to Covid 19 - the exact location will be provided with the confirmation email. Each session has a different area of focus so please read the details below carefully before making your selection.

Tuesday 11th May 7am  for those who need a gentle hand hold or an affectionate neoprene-boot-up-the-bum to get in the water. No matter what your resistance, we will work with it, overcome it using the power of the water and help you get in.

Thurs 13th May 7.30pm  for women whose view of their own body makes them reluctant to get in the sea. If you feel uncomfortable in a swimsuit, come and join us and let’s feel great about our bodies and what they do for us.

Friday 14th May 10.00  for parents who want to get in the water and need a little help. If you need to bring your little ones, they are very welcome.
