Join us at Blatchington Windmill for an informal and intimate talk on all things wild swimming and wellbeing. The aim of the informative evening is to raise funds for the Seabird 'Women Wellbeing and Water' free confidence courses in 2020.

We will be joined by;
Dr Heather Massey  - University of Portsmouth. Heather is a keen open water swimmer and is regularly involved in cold water research. She helped develop the evaluation for the Seabird wellbeing courses.
Dr Catherine Kelly -  Catherine is an academic, a teacher, a mum, a nature enthusiast, a writer, a community player, an author and a Salty Seabird. 
Joe Minihane - Local journalist and writer Joe is a wild swimmer that advocates its restorative qualities. He wrote 'Floating: A Life Regained' following in the footsteps of  naturalist Roger Deakin in his classic Waterlog. 

Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start
There is free on street parking.
There will be tea and coffee available to purchase.
