The theme for this year's Mental Health Awareness Week is nature. No where is more natural that being by the sea! For us anyway.

Members of the Salty Seabird swimming community that are experts in their field, Wellbeing Practitioners or Open Water Swimming coaches are hosting free webinars, tasters and workshops through out the week.

All are free but we are asking for donations for participants to pay it forward, link at the bottom of the page. 100% of the donation proceeds will go to the Seabird’s Wellbeing and Water projects. The projects' aims are to provide a way for local people to manage their wellbeing by using sea swimming and friendship. To give participants the skills, confidence and self-belief they need to enjoy sea swimming, no matter what additional challenges they face.
