Meaning & Well-Being- A low-tide workshop by the Sea.
Wednesday 12th May 5pm - 7.30pm - HOVE - exact location will be provided once you are all booked on to ensure we remain within Covid 19 capacity and the group remains intimate.
Experiencing a sense of meaning in our day-to-day life and work is an important source of well-being. As we emerge from lockdown into a different reality, many of us are wondering “How do I move forward meaningfully from here?”
You will discover the Map of Meaning, a simple and profound framework that you can use everyday to navigate life or work with more meaning. At low tide, we will draw the Map of Meaning in the sand, and take a guided ‘walk through’ the Map to explore our current reality, our inspiration and the four pathways of meaning. You will understand the creative dynamics in your life that create meaning and cause meaning to be lost. You will take away practical steps to generate more meaning in your day-to day life and/or work. This will be an informal space for personal reflection, creative conversation and sea-inspiration!
