This evening is designed to be an informal Q & A with author Dr Catherine Kelly and Salty Seabird Community Founders Cath & Kath, on the seafront.
Thursday 13th May 6-8pm - Hove - the exact location will be provided when you indicate you are joining the evening.
All three C/Kaths are regular sea swimmers and experts in their fields. There's not a lot we three don't know about community, connection, sea swimming and wellbeing.
We will be spread out across the shingle and beach hut on a beach in Hove to hopefully answer any questions you have about water and wellbeing. Please be mindful of physical distancing.
The evening will include a book signing and there will be copies Catherine's book to purchase if you haven't already got your copy. Its an ode to the Salty Seabird Community in so many ways. 'A timely read for today's challenges. Catherine Kelly's wise and informed memoir-style narrative helps us understand why blue spaces are so valued by swimmers everywhere and offers tools for those seeking wellbeing in a new way' -- Ella Foote, Outdoor Swimming Magazine
If you are unable to make it there is a webinar on the same day at lunchtime with Catherine Kelly talking about How and Why Water Can Make you Feel Better.
